DISC is a four quadrant psychological model developed by the psychologist William Moulton, which analyzes the behavioral aspects of an individual under certain circumstances. The personality traits of the individuals can be grouped into four styles and each individual tends to act similar to their own style. The four styles are as follows:

  • D – Dominance
  • I – Influence
  • S – Steadiness
  • C – Compliance
