SO often I see people ignore this one, then wonder why they have no authority, get no respect… Sad.
Well said! I just feel people don’t realize what impact their actions do on others; but worst part is they don’t even get it even after helping them understand for years and years.

Teaching and learning both depend on willingness, of which the supply never seems sufficient…
